Annual Diary ("we", "us", or "our") provides the Annual Diary mobile application (the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use our Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use¶

We collect and use information only as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.

Annual Diary is a diary application. Diary entries and photos entered by the user are primarily stored on the user's device. We do not automatically collect diary entries or photos on our own server.

Types of Data Handled¶

Diary Data¶

The Service may store the following data on the user's device:

• Diary entries written by the user
• Dates and related diary metadata
• Photos selected or attached by the user
• App settings and configuration data

This data is used to provide the diary features of the Service, including writing, viewing, and looking back on diary entries from the same date in past years.

Photos and Files¶

Photos selected by the user may be stored as part of diary data.

If Google Drive integration is enabled, selected photos and related diary files may also be stored in the user's Google Drive account.

We do not upload users' diary entries or photos to our own server.

Google Drive Integration¶

The Service provides an optional Google Drive integration.

When the user enables Google Drive storage or synchronization, the Service may save diary data, attached photos, and related files to the user's own Google Drive account.

The Service uses Google Drive only for features requested by the user, such as saving, restoring, synchronizing, or managing diary data.

Google user data accessed by the Service is used only to provide these Google Drive-related features. It is not sold, transferred, or used for advertising purposes by us.

Users can delete data stored in Google Drive at any time from their own Google Drive account. Users can also revoke the Service's access to their Google account from their Google Account settings.

Google Account Information¶

When using Google Drive integration, the Service may access limited Google account information necessary for authentication and file access.

The Service requests only the permissions required to provide Google Drive-related features.

Usage Data¶

We may receive usage-related or diagnostic information through platform services, advertising services, or third-party service providers used by the Service.

This information may include data such as device type, operating system version, app version, usage information, advertising identifiers, crash information, and other diagnostic data.

This information is used to provide, maintain, analyze, and improve the Service, to display advertisements, and to detect and address technical issues.

Advertising¶

The Service may display advertisements using Google AdMob or other Google advertising services.

Advertising services may collect or process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, app activity, approximate usage information, and diagnostics in order to provide, measure, and improve advertisements.

Use of Data¶

Annual Diary may use data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To save, restore, and synchronize diary data when requested by the user
• To display and manage advertisements
• To provide customer support
• To monitor and improve the Service
• To detect, prevent, and address technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations

Disclosure of Data¶

We do not sell users' diary entries, photos, or Google Drive data.

We may disclose information only in the following cases:

• To comply with a legal obligation
• To protect and defend the rights or property of Annual Diary
• To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
• To protect the personal safety of users or the public
• To protect against legal liability
• To service providers used to operate, maintain, improve, or advertise the Service, only as necessary for those purposes

Service Providers¶

We may use third-party services to help provide, maintain, analyze, advertise, or improve the Service.

These services may include Google services such as Google Drive APIs, Google Sign-In, Google Play services, and Google AdMob.

These third-party services may collect or process information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion¶

Diary data stored on the user's device remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears the app data, or uninstalls the Service.

Data stored in Google Drive remains in the user's Google Drive account until the user deletes it.

Users may delete local app data from device settings or by uninstalling the Service. Users may delete Google Drive data directly from Google Drive. Users may also revoke the Service's Google account access from their Google Account settings.

Transfer of Data¶

Information handled by third-party services, including Google services, may be processed on servers located outside the user's country or region.

By using the Service and related third-party services, the user agrees that such information may be transferred to and processed in countries or regions where data protection laws may differ from those in the user's jurisdiction.

Security of Data¶

The security of user data is important to us.

The Service uses platform-provided security mechanisms and Google APIs to handle data securely. Data transferred to Google services is transmitted through secure connections provided by Google APIs.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy¶

The Service is not specifically directed to children.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Service, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

Links to Other Sites¶

The Service may contain links to websites or services that are not operated by us.

If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site or service. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every third-party site or service you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the new Privacy Policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

日記データ¶

本サービスは、ユーザーの端末内に以下のデータを保存する場合があります。

• ユーザーが入力した日記本文
• 日付および日記に関連するメタデータ
• ユーザーが選択または添付した写真
• アプリの設定情報

これらのデータは、日記の作成、閲覧、過去の同じ日の日記を振り返る機能など、本サービスの日記機能を提供するために使用されます。

写真およびファイル¶

ユーザーが選択した写真は、日記データの一部として保存される場合があります。

Google Drive連携が有効になっている場合、選択された写真および関連する日記ファイルは、ユーザー自身のGoogle Driveアカウントに保存される場合があります。

当方は、ユーザーの日記本文や写真を独自のサーバーにアップロードしません。

Google Drive連携¶

本サービスは、任意で利用できるGoogle Drive連携機能を提供します。

ユーザーがGoogle Driveへの保存または同期を有効にした場合、本サービスは日記データ、添付写真、関連ファイルをユーザー自身のGoogle Driveアカウントに保存する場合があります。

本サービスは、保存、復元、同期、日記データの管理など、ユーザーが要求した機能を提供する目的でのみGoogle Driveを使用します。

本サービスがアクセスするGoogleユーザーデータは、これらのGoogle Drive関連機能を提供する目的でのみ使用されます。当方は、これらのデータを販売、譲渡、または広告目的で利用しません。

ユーザーは、自身のGoogle Driveアカウントから、Google Driveに保存されたデータをいつでも削除できます。また、Googleアカウントの設定から、本サービスによるGoogleアカウントへのアクセス権を取り消すことができます。

Googleアカウント情報¶

Google Drive連携を利用する場合、本サービスは認証およびファイルアクセスに必要な範囲で、限定的なGoogleアカウント情報にアクセスする場合があります。

本サービスは、Google Drive関連機能を提供するために必要な権限のみを要求します。

利用状況データ¶

当方は、本サービスで利用しているプラットフォームサービス、広告サービス、または第三者サービス提供者を通じて、利用状況や診断に関する情報を受け取る場合があります。

この情報には、端末の種類、OSバージョン、アプリバージョン、利用状況、広告識別子、クラッシュ情報、その他の診断データなどが含まれる場合があります。

これらの情報は、本サービスの提供、維持、分析、改善、広告表示、および技術的な問題の検出や対応のために使用されます。

広告¶

本サービスは、Google AdMobまたはその他のGoogle広告サービスを利用して広告を表示する場合があります。

当方は、ユーザーの日記本文、写真、Google Drive上のデータを販売しません。

• Annual Diaryの権利または財産を保護するため
• 本サービスに関連する不正行為を防止または調査するため
• ユーザーまたは公衆の安全を保護するため
• 法的責任に備えるため
• 本サービスの運営、維持、改善、広告表示に必要な範囲で、サービス提供者に情報を処理させるため

サービス提供者¶

当方は、本サービスの提供、維持、分析、広告表示、改善のために、第三者サービスを利用する場合があります。

これらのサービスには、Google Drive API、Google Sign-In、Google Play services、Google AdMobなどのGoogleサービスが含まれる場合があります。

これらの第三者サービスは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を収集または処理する場合があります。

データの保持および削除¶

ユーザーの端末内に保存された日記データは、ユーザーが削除する、アプリデータを消去する、または本サービスをアンインストールするまで端末内に保持されます。

Google Driveに保存されたデータは、ユーザーが削除するまで、ユーザー自身のGoogle Driveアカウント内に保持されます。

ユーザーは、端末の設定または本サービスのアンインストールにより、ローカルのアプリデータを削除できます。また、Google Drive上のデータはGoogle Driveから直接削除できます。さらに、Googleアカウントの設定から、本サービスによるGoogleアカウントへのアクセス権を取り消すことができます。

データの移転¶

Googleサービスを含む第三者サービスによって取り扱われる情報は、ユーザーの国または地域外にあるサーバーで処理される場合があります。

本サービスおよび関連する第三者サービスを利用することにより、ユーザーは、そのような情報がユーザーの居住地域とは異なるデータ保護法を有する国または地域に転送され、処理される可能性があることに同意するものとします。

データの安全性¶

ユーザーデータの安全性は当方にとって重要です。

本サービスは、プラットフォームが提供するセキュリティ機構およびGoogle APIを利用して、データを安全に取り扱います。Googleサービスへ転送されるデータは、Google APIが提供する安全な接続を通じて送信されます。

ただし、インターネット上の通信または電子的な保存方法において、完全に安全な方法は存在しません。当方は、絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。

児童のプライバシー¶

本サービスは、児童を主な対象として提供されるものではありません。

児童が本サービスを通じて個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、適切な対応を行うため、当方までご連絡ください。

他サイトへのリンク¶

本サービスには、当方が運営していないウェブサイトまたはサービスへのリンクが含まれる場合があります。

第三者のリンクをクリックした場合、ユーザーはその第三者のサイトまたはサービスに移動します。訪問先の第三者サイトまたはサービスのプライバシーポリシーを確認することを強くおすすめします。

当方は、第三者のサイトまたはサービスの内容、プライバシーポリシー、運営について管理するものではなく、一切の責任を負いません。

本プライバシーポリシーの変更¶

当方は、本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新することがあります。

本プライバシーポリシーを更新した場合、このページに新しいプライバシーポリシーを掲載し、冒頭の「最終更新日」を更新します。

本プライバシーポリシーの変更は、このページに掲載された時点で有効となります。
